I did not receive my level 6 m token..

I've gotten an S duo rank game. And i didn't receive my m token, I'm level 5 shen and I already have one. So why isn't it giving me it. I saw my history and it didn't say S on the records. Does this have to do with anything? Help is needed.. Thank you.

had the same problem a week or so ago, earned an S, on a champ i had not done it with or got a chest with, recieved nothing.

Should i send a email to them? I'm very disparate for this.. not easy to get an S with shen..
