You want a revive when you already have an hourglass, which AD champs don't have unless they're using their single-use stopwatch, assuming they're even building into a GA? No thanks. So many more AP champions can build into hourglass than AD champs that build into GA. We don't need champs with both options simultaneously.

The funny thing is is better in almost every way compared to and they still complain.

Magical assassins burst some squishy ad champ with some high base damage reliable bs like leblanc so adcs itemize ga just to survive the burst once rather than mitigate it, and when it works out the magical assassin is like durrr I want that too.
