Riot Needs to Have Something Better Than LeaverBuster

I literally just got stuck playing a 2v5 at the 3 minute mark of a game which is a complete waste of time. I could not do anything and that is quite infuriating, it makes me want to uninstall. How do they allow games to keep going like that when you cannot surrender and you have to wait for the enemy team to take towers and troll you? Riot needs to have a better system in order to keep the games even, not people leaving and making the game completely one sided.
