Ranked games balance

Guys i am really sorry cause my brother was playing in this account then i'm here i saw that he was flaming all the way of death so sorry about it as a start then i am really so confused how can i be a B2 (cause of my brother xD) and i go in with ppl wich are unranked mostly kids when they are doing just so bad at the game don't u must take the balance to another lvl like balance the summoners with the skillz like when i'm B2 and i have a B team but i'm way too far about skilled to them and i'm trying to carry AS A MAIN SUPP!! the they start the throw then we lose a game cause a bunch if newbies just started the game like the hit like 30 as a 10 Y.O kid then let's get the hell out of ranked aaaaaaaaaaand another point the 1st 10 replacement games why do all ppl join the silver when the lost 8 games and won 2 games then they go to Wood 5 and just chilling and being just like teemo as being annoying then then are trying to mess with ppl lives like IF WE AREN'T GONNA LOSE I WILL COME TO KILL UR FAMILY IT'S JUST SO ANNOYING TO PLAY WITH PPL LIKE THAT RIOT i want to change "PLEASE RIOT" TO Thanks Riot! by making u do that if they out of Bronze then they are just good but if i have a team of 4 nuubs then it's like a Riot balance things so please riot look at this one and don't forget to nerf Irelia and delete Teemo and Soraka
