So can azir be buffed a bit? And where is he at now?

I know he has been nerfed since he came out, but where is he at now, I know they gutted his damage and range and that was a bad idea on the damage, i mean sure range, but he needs his damage because diving champions like, xin, yi, jarvan, vi, riven, etc will kill him one way or another. with or without his ult. And i feel like he was really ok where he was at earlier, his winrate average wasnt even that high after the bug fixes like 40 something i think. anyway yeah, i feel like he needs at least a small buff on range or damage. just one
