How to click on enemies that are inside/on top of others??

I'm not even salty, just genuinely confused on how to do this. I have already bound holding space bar to "attack champions only" so that I can click the right champion in a minion wave or something. For example, last game I was playing Fizz while an Annie was mid. I would use my full combo on her only to realize that I would end up using my W on Tibbers instead, allowing Annie to live the combo. Annie is just too small of a character making her almost impossible to click on and finish my combo on in this situation. This also applies to other players being right next to/on top of Annie as well. I honestly don't know if it's possible to focus her in this situation and I felt extremely cheated whenever it happened. I hope there is something that I could do to prevent this or something. Any help that isn't "get gud" would be appreciated.

To be honest, "git gud" is about all we can tell you. There is no system in place that will allow you to bypass the perspective of the camera and the layers of which people appear on. Unfortunately you'll need to learn how to operate around that, play with it, and not against it. A lot of Cait mains can tell you this is a viable strategy to use when placing traps under an enemy tower. Place it where the tower overlaps the trap which makes it hard for the enemy player to see or even notice where its at if you're smart enough to place it correctly. I am a Shaco main and use his clone to abuse the click hit boxes all the time. Its very easy to overlap with the clone, and make it very hard to focus the real one when you do that.

Its not a problem, consider it a form of mechanics.

So yeah, "git gud".

Honestly abusing click box mechanics feels extremely unfair and tedious to play against, whether intentionally or not. Instead of being outplayed I feel as if i'm being cheated by the game, through something out of my control. Making it virtually impossible to attack an enemy doesn't seem fair to me.

It's all about situation control. You should know that if a Tibbers and an Annie are hugging it out, you won't have a great time clicking her, so either adapt and move your camera actively, or use the built in attack move commands Riot gives you. They won't spend hundreds and hundreds of development hours for such a niche mechanic that few champions can outright abuse. Instead I propose to you that you take the time to measure a champions mechanical ability based on that. Champions like Ivern, Annie, Yorick, and Shaco are probably the only Champions that are capable of doing this. Expect this to happen every time and you can prevent unneeded stress on your microplay because now you know-you know that if they're bunched up you're gonna need to cool your jets or give it 110% accurate focus.
