Skin Trading?

I know this has probably been brought up before, but I think skin trading would be awesome.

I somehow managed to unlock both Grey Warwick and Medieval Twitch like, a week apart from each other, purely off Honor capsules, and yet I play neither of those champs! But my best friend LOVES both those champs AND skins, and would be better off with them, but he only ever gets key fragments!

I know it would discourage people from buying skins to gift to their friends instead or whatever, but it seems kinda unfair that I get all the skins he wants. And he gets skins for all my fave champs that he never plays! :( Let me trade, Riot! Let me traaaaaaaaade!
