Firefighter Tristana and Annie in Wonderland

Even though those two skins (and many more old legendary skins) are considered legendary. Today they are considered mediocre at best because they don't fit the standards for legendary skins (New recalls and Voice lines). I wouldn't even think they are 1350 RP skin but more like 950 skins. Will Riot ever do something about it ? Or are they doomed to stay in that shitty state forever ?
