Nerf Galio Rito

Galio as a champ needs to be deleted from the game. His early laning phase is so bad. He is Mana hungry, and an ult that can be disrupted with a taunted Braum. He is toxic and not as healthy as Zed and Lee Sin. Rito please nerf him into oblivion.
