There should be a rest button in the options

I have been in multiple games where my abilities won't work when I use any of the buttons. Once I dc then rc they start working again. The leaver buster has shown up a few days ago. I don't leave games I come right back to play the whole thing through. I was wondering if there was a way to put in a rest button that could fix some of the issues I have been having? I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one that has tried to reset the game to fix problems.
