Riot Please improve your rank system

Hi Riot, i do hope u guys can improve ur rank system, I do love this game, but I do want to say that the current scoring system of rank doesn't measure the player's ability correctly, or even has negative influence on the player's game experience. For example, i will met some mate who still unrank in my promt game, how that happen ? Ok u can say his MMR high but to be honest, every time i check those guys' data in oce.gg u know what their kda may not that good or their winning just depend on other (such as an ADC do no damage and win the game~!!!) Riot u guys always busy on skin , new champ but u guys just make those players have no confidence who really love this game. I think LOL is more than a game it can be a kind of sport , so that it require balance and fair. However in silver or gold or even plat game there is no fair. We see that the problem of smurf is very annoying and do affect our game experience, But i believe there are some ways to solve it. And I really think the existing Rank system is pretty sick, why Low MMR players will meet those worse players and fight with thoes pretty high MMR ??? Why i should prove i am better and i can carry the whole team so that i can get higher level of rank ??? This is pretty ridiculous, this is a team game every position do have their own work to do damage or protect team or others, Carry is suppossed to be done by different position in different time, so why those unlucky player need to carry the game and lead 4 low MMR players to fight those high MMR? And mostly they lose, which is really affect game experience. In addition, autofill is also very sick , i dont think its a good idea to save rank time by giving autofill, come on this is a sport a match! Will u ask Faker to do sup in S7 world match ??? We treat game seriously but u give us some mate or even ourselves with autofill??? Its not smart strategy.An enduring classic game requires a steady flow of players and their absolute love for the game. Only in this way can it help a game pass the short term of time, Needless to say, for lol, which do have the strength to develop into an independent sport. So, plz consider to improve the scoring of rank system and take the KDA and damage into calculation.
