Kinda stuck in plat? Looking for duo buddy

I'm not horrible and I'm not amazing at this game I play a pretty good mid on multiple champions as well as recently a few supports I'm on a pretty tilting 11 game loss streak and I need something to get me off of it I went all the way from plat 2 40 lp to plat 3 20 lp I need some advice I'm trying to push for diamond 5 as quickly and efficiently as possible all comments are appreciated :)
