Dynamic queue down for the near future, but teambuilder is also down?

It made sense to disable teambuilder when dynamic queue was released because it was meant as a replacement and improvement on the previous system. However now that dynamic queue is down many casual players are left with no way to play league without worrying about roles. At least give us teambuilder back until the kinks are worked out with the new champ select and dynamic queue.
