Galio rework is what Shen should be
Better Shen ult, better taunting/defensive move, dash that is worth existing, and the tornado lets him do something without having to sit on your face. This new Galio is exactly what Shen should be.

Shen buff: Q: Shens basic attacks become a cleave, and deal damage to all enemies within the cleaves range (a cleave is a strong side to side swipe; imagine a baseball swing but centered on your middle and not your side.)
E: Shen charges foreward WITH HIS SPIRIT SWORD; increasing the hit box a teemo in front of him.
