Does anyone remember promote summoner spell?
It was an early version of banner of command, and with the removal of banner could it be a good idea to rework it as a summoner spell for split pushers?

The last thing we need is that becoming a summoner spell slot, it would be impossible to balance and either used on two champs or utterly broken in competitive.
