Black Pixels randomly in-game

Lately i have been noticing that while in game i will have a random of 8 pixels horizontal with spaces in between each one. usually there are about 4 sets of them randomly across the screen. My first thought was crap my monitor is going out, but looking more into it it is only when i am in game of league of legends. I've played other games (pubg, dark souls 3, rocket league, lego swcs, and so on) does not appear on my wall paper or any other spot. Just wondering if anyone has come across this lately and has any tips.

Also everything is up to date, i have a 1070 so i have everything on high and my graphics and all drivers are up to date.

I've notice that happening this patch as well. I'm not sure what they changed but I also find mana bars in weird places as well as minions/turrets having various amounts of mana which they never used to. The black pixels always show up after I alt-tab and come back into the game, and they even move around when I tab back in sometimes.

Ditto. 4 black squares show up randomly on my screen. Maybe 2 pixels squared in size. In a horizontal even line

I've noticed this as well except they were more green than black.

I think it has to do with the new masteries/runes. Mana band for example was causing weird placements of mana bars and stuff on the UI. Wouldn't be surprised if more stuff was broken than just that or being related to Mana band breaking the UI in more ways than one.
