You cannot QSS a bard ulti and why this is bad for gameplay health

The entire reason that QSS is an item is because there are Crowd controls that as an adc you cannot be afford to be hit by. if the adc gets ultied by a skarner or warwick it is almost certain death lategame.

But every other Non-QSSable skills can be stopped by allies, skarner cant move if you CC him, even if your ally is ulted. Malz and warwick can be CCed to stop the ulti early. Bard's ulti shares none of these weaknesses, in fact Bard doesnt even have to put himself into risk while using his ulti.

Bard's ulti range is immense late game, and I'm happy about this, this makes it to where even if he is roaming else where his prescance is still felt

But I think Riot crossed a line by making it non-QSS able, to make the be-all-end-all anti-CC item null.
