I've had this issues several times. Twice the same Vel was able to push me back with E during my slam. As a Vi player, I really hope this gets fixed.

Vi is just another abandoned jungler not to mention her kit is way out of date for modern league which means she would need higher base stats to be successful.

Riot got so uncaring with bugs. I guess when you have more income you have less money for bug fixing.
