Match Making is Great! Kappa

Alright so a long time ago, I made the dumb decision of going right into ranked when I turned level 30 without too much of an understanding of the game. Naturally, I'd be placed in low Silver. Two years later I have friends to play in Flex and it's not all bad because it's pretty easy to climb but for Solo duo I'm in Bronze 1. I have made it to my promos twice now and both times I get two wins and 3 consecutive losses. It's really frustrating being paired up with people in this elo who intentionally feed when they get mad or being paired up with people who are down right awful at the game. Is Riot working on their match making? They seriously need to make a wood division for people who get reported a lot or are just bad at the game. They make it impossible to get out of Bronze no matter how well I do in lane or others do in their lanes. All it takes is one bad cookie in game to ruin things and it's happening far too often
