Seriously though. Rift herald goes down fairly easy with two smites early and always having the option to deny it from opposite team is too valuable not to take it. With buff to warding trinkets playing safe is easier then ever.
Have to disagree, if top smite was a thing then there will hardly be jungle pressure at bottom, and the trinkets actually got nerfed
Pretty sure riot said hitting it in the eye will always do more damage than smite so there's no real reason to have two people bringing smite.
Take TP / Smite I will kill you 3 times before you are 6 by abusing Flash / Ignite with reduced CD on them (Insight OP), take your tower because it is squishy as hell and snowball the game. Also, with mana pots deleted and potions being more limited / expensive, this will be fucking easy.
