I went full tank evelynn and i did the most damage in the game... I really hate this tank meta.

The dead cant do damage. Your carries probably kept dying while you survived due to tank stats. A fed AD carry with a lot of participation in fights will always out damage a tank.

...has three hybrid/offensive items. Yeah... I don't think you understand what the phrase "FULL tank" means. Full tank means no Sunfire cape, no Iceborn gauntlet, I suppose you can keep Dead Man's Plate, but don't pretend like these items do not have offensive scaling which they obviously do.
Hard-fail... also harder fail; Evelynn scales extremely well with CDR and Iceborn gauntlet in general. Furthermore, she snowballs easily. Basically your argument is trash.

Its not due to tank meta. This is meta of champions that may be tanks and still deal shtons of dmg.
Gauntlet + Sunfire + Spirit Visage + Dead Man's Plate + Randuin in s6 reminds me of Warmog's Armor + Trinity Force + Force of Nature + Atma's Impaler + Frozen Mallet from S2
