Matchmaking Imbalance

Does anyone feel that the range of matchmaking is especially large? In most of my games I have players ranging from Gold 5 to Diamond 5. I am currently Plat 3. If we cannot duo with someone two tiers below us or above then we should not have players that are two divisions apart. Opinions?

im getting plat 5's with 53% win rates in my silver 1 games :D matchmaking has been the worst ive seen it and ive played pretty much nonstop since season 2
