Can the new champion kindred play adc?

Yes, although, from information I have gathered, Kindred is much better in other positions as Kindred can only gain 6 stacks in total. Try using Kindred for jungle

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that you can get from jungle monsters, after 6 stacks they wont show up anymore and you cant get stacks from monsters, but you can still get them from champions.

So I think its possible to get more than 6 stacks since the champion spotlight showed the difference between having 10 stacks and 1.

Ah ok, I have no clue then. I was told that you could only get 6stacks in total, but I must be wrong as I saw a video of kindred with 20 stacks.

When I played her on the PBE she would stop tracking monsters after 6 stacks or so, probably what they was referring to.

Yep, that's correct; you can only get 6 stacks from the jungle, which is to prevent permafarming. Once you hit 6, if you still want more, you need to work for it.
