my account ended plat 4 last season, i had not such a low mmr, but now for some reason, i face all bronze and on my 2 first placement matches i won +14 and +12 lp wth is this????

Welcome to league of legends my dude. Where every year its just a little bit worse than before. Where stuff that doesnt need to be changed is changed and stuff that should be fixed/changed goes untouched. Where years of your life are wasted thinking "well it cant get any worse." im diamond 4 right now .... i used to get + 20 each game at the beginning of the season and now +14..-16.. something suddenly changed..

I think in the last days before the reset you are protected against demotion, so your MM can tank from a loosing streak without you actually drooping divisions. That is what happened to me at the beginning of season 8 on my alt account.

i wasnt even at 0 lp and my mmr didnt tank i still was on a lose streak tho

Very wierd. It looks like the ranked system suddenly decided to drop your MMR form platinum to bronze levels. You would expect that you would get massive LP gains to move you back to platinum. There's definitely something wrong, because you shouldn't just drop 600 MMR for no reason.

more likely his mmr dropped by by 1k lol.

You would expect MMR to drop a little bit because of the reset, but to go from platinum MMR to bronze in a single game is insane.
