If you are losing that much HP, she is either maxing her E (which will make her very vulnerable if is not up) or spaming his abilities to hit the lvl 1 vessel, which will make her go oom quite fast. In any case, if she is maxing her E just go out of range as fast as you can and re-enagage after or figth her straigth on, don't take the free poke. if it is a lvl 1 E then just wait in range and re-engage when her mana is low)

At level 1 it only does 25% damage so is basically like getting hit by a mundo cleaver but still she has to lower the spirit HP all the way down to 0.
