i like playing azir so much, but he got nerfed so hard that he went from 50% winrate (as i remember) to his current winrate (43%)

Both sides are overreacting. Azir is horribly weak garbage for over 99.8% of the playerbase. If you think otherwise, you are wrong. But, he also cannot get buffs without a rework, due to how incredibly versatile his kit is. If he's good, he'll be a monster.
So that is why he's left in this limbo state at the moment. Meddler himself stated the balance team is unhappy with him but are trying to figure out what to do with him.
A rioter said that they werent happy about azirs current state so soon they might bring buffs, a small rework, or a complete rework for azir, dont remember the source but it will be coming
