Stop putting out new champs and skins

Hello ive been playing since end of s2 and things have changed a lot since then but one major issue im seeing with tha game is your pushing to many champs and skins out. your probably asking why i want you to stop putting out champs for a while and tha reason is simple tha game is going to trash theres to many ''broken'' champs without enough bans. no matter what you do in solo or team que a champ that just snowballs to hard off one kill gets through please up tha amount of bans of something please. also please do something about annie shes been really strong for a long time like she really dont need 80% scaling on her q no need for a 85% on her w and then a 85% on a INSTA cast possible team stun its just absurd
