New Poppy Rework could have been better

Passive it's just ok, it make her tanky and helps a lot on laning phase. Q it's fine for cleans, so it helps for clearings. That's what old Poppy needed. That's fine. That ultimate is an amazing tool for disengage and also can stun, I love it... But I'm here commenting because I see in that new Poppy some issues: Now I need to say the big problem I saw always with poppy. I never liked is old W, I would have combined his W and E and make a new engage tool for his W. I think the best way to actually make Poppy a great champs is moving the mov. speed utility to his E, and when you active the ability increase even more and more his movement speed (like Rammus) and after a few seconds she wins Charge (the bad think is this also will remember to Heca's E but not at all) and so... yeah, when more charge, more damage. I think this would make Poppy more funny to use and his E would be a better option for a engage, and the W would be for tank/disengage. Actually, you need to choose between resistances or mov.speed. And that's bad, so bad. This change on E I guess it could make a healthy play to Poppy (she needs some counterplay), she won't be able to Flash+E that often, because she need to run first. I still don't like at all his new W, making her a semi-Leona. But well, it's Poppy, so she need some tankyness and that new utility tool to negate dashes is great. This concept of mobile tanky-champion is good for new players, and I think with that new ult we will be able to see Poppy in LCS too. So I'm happy with this rework.
