Scaling Runes for Ashe

Do scaling runes work for Ashe or other ADC's? I seem to be having better games now that I've switched to scaling. But then again, I feel like my game is better because I'm "thinking" these are better. Therefore, the placebo in my mind could be telling me to play better and the runes could be a horrible idea but I'm somehow making it work...anyways...

Do scaling runes work for Ashe or ADC's in general?

typically no... because you are in a duo lane where you share experience and level slower

so depending on the rune the scaling typically dont out class the flat runes til about lvl 7/lvl9

so for that 1st part of the game you are at disadvantage stat wise
