Can we get centered hotspot cursors instead of top-left?

I really dislike the cursors in league, and non centered cursors in general. I ESPECIALLY hate the fact that the hopspot changes between the hand cursor and sword cursor by about 7 pixels up and left. WTF? If you are going to have top-left hotspots, at least make them consistent. And then to top it off, the targeting cursor is centered. So we have 3 different hotspots for 3 different cursors. I would much rather have the hotspot be consistent between all 3, and just colors/shapes change for clarity on which type of click you are doing. I just want to be able to move, auto, and smartcast skillshots with the same damn hotspot.

So can we get some cursor options or something? Are custom cursors allowed? If so I will go that route because I highly doubt riot will do anything.
