Can you explain this?

my main account ( https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=dragon+sword ) was gold last season, this season, it got hardstuck silver 3-4 cause my mmr was tanked from the start. On this account, who is fresh and that i hand-leveled myself, i got placed bronze 2 mid and i won so much on it than im already in silver 1 promos, and games arent getting that much harder, like, what the actual fuck is this? you need to make a new account so you dont get stuck in a rank cause you had bad mmr last season, on this account, i can climb with no ceiling, its so much funnier to play on it, its still gaining 25 lp.
