I have a question on how the whole ranked system works i've been playing ranked for maybe a year by now and i don't fully understand how it works i guess with mmr and what not. I just thought it was based on how well you played in your game and not winning or losing but it seems like it is more about winning games. My question is that do u lose less LP when u play well in a game or does that not matter and it is just based on your win percentage.

The LP you gain and lose is dependent on three things.

Your current League and Division
Your current MMR
Your opponents' average MMR

If your MMR is above your Division's average MMR then you will get more LP. If it is below, then you will get less LP. If your opponents on average have more MMR than you, you will get more LP. If your opponents on average have less MMR than you, you will get less LP. Your performance in each match does not matter. Play to win, not to get a good score.
