Are you guys really going to give Zed a buff? He currently has been top ban for around a year.
His overall win rate may be low, but buffing a top banned champ just doesn't seem logical....

The fuck did you expect, that Riot would nerf Duskblade and leave everyone else as they were? It doesn't work like that.
