Move Suggestions for New Champions

I was interested in contacting Riot about making a suggestion for an Ult move. However I don't know how to contact Riot directly. The move I've been thinking about is a teleporting move. It can be used as an Ult. Basically, the move enables the champion to teleport its enemy back to its base, or nearby turret. Which ever has the most balance. So that's my suggestion. I you guys have any other move ideas, post them here and hopefully Riot can use this in the near future.

I don't mean to sound mean but it probably wont ever be implemented. The move itself just sounds plain and boring and there is no uniqueness too it. There is absolutely no counter play and just why would you have a move like that. There is absolutely no reason for a move like that to be in league of legends nor in most games.
