Vlad rework ideas

So, since I cannot post on the PBE impressions thread, I'll do this here.

First, Vlads Q : Looks good, I don't think the numbers are what they should be though. And please, for the love of god increase the time he can hold his Q , it isn't like he will hold it for long anyways. Jhin gets to keep his empowered shot for 10 seconds, Annie and Rengar keep their charges indefinitly (and can stack them a lot faster and more easily), and both of those definitly have more impact, so why does Vlad get a measly 2.5 seconds of "lane pressure" + a huge telegraph on what he wants to do next? Healing might need to be upped a bit too, currently 3 old Q's would heal roughly the same as now, just spread out (at least for the first time since after this, the empowered Q is every other Q except if you don't use it).

Vlads E : After a while, the charge up has grown on me, however the Creep-Block is really frustrating. I think the best way to go about this would be to make it work like Kalistas spear : If one of the projectiles kills, this projectile will travel through that minion. That way, it can be "dodged" by smart play early, while giving him back his great wave clear and extra pressure later.

W : Nothing changed, should be in a good spot.

R : Well, now that the damage amplifying property is hardly worth talking about anymore, Vlad has lost the biggest advantage he brought to a team, as usually tanks will have some form of GOOD CC, while Vlad had the damage amp instead. Now he has neither (new nerfed damage amp is really meh), and the damage is not worth the delay either. So please, bump that damage up to be an actual delayed nuke instead of a delayed wet towel.

Passive : Same as always with slightly changed stats; I'd still rather have a real passive instead of bonus stats, with some of those going into base stats and -scaling, but oh well.

And lastly just re-posting an idea I had quite a while ago for a Vlad rework, something I know will not happen but eh, I'll post it anyways : My idea was to have Q and E have different effects while in Pool; basically, remove the healing and damage from the pool, reduce the HP cost (and maybe lower the CD), and then have using Q while in pool drain all enemy units currently on top of that pool, aswell as having E explode the blood upwards in spikes, either massively slowing or even knocking up all enemy units standing on it, aswell as instantly cancelling the pool and costing enough HP to put the total cost slightly over the current cost of pool. That way Vlad would have good CC and healing, but would have to "waste" his escape for a purely offensive or counter move.

That is all, Shiki out.

He will get a lot more rewards for building tank items. Not to mention even the item 3083 changes benefit him. He will be tanky as f*ck. It can end wrong if you give him evne more damage. Don't forget that item 3001 is also buffed what would seriously increase his damage output even further.
