Cosmic Dawn Rakan Recall Changed!?

Basically, since the beginning I clearly remember Rakan's backing animation purple clouds when he swayed his cloak/feathers. That was legit one of my favorite parts, and see it gone makes we question it's value. Please bring it back unless it's a bug for me fix please ;-;
