I think you have that a bit backwards; Vlad attempts to survive lane for awesome late game, and Liss wins lane while having the lockdown CC to ruin assassins.

stuartk111 votesI would actually recommend you pick up Lissandra. She's a bit more of a flexible pick, and quite consistently strong. Vlad can be stronger later into the game, but Lissandra brings a lot more to pretty much any team.
