Quick Thoughts on Fizz Nerf
I understand that Fizz needed to be nerfed, but, there are a couple of points I was hoping you could help me understand.
- That Q nerf. Base damage of 10/25... 70 Is that the lowest base damage in the game? Don't most champs start with a base damage of 80 or 90 and scale to 240 odd?? And the 0.35 AP ratio!!! For whatever you may argue his strengths are, at the end of the day he is melee. What incentive does one have to choose a melee champ when I can throw a Ziggs or Lux Q from hella safe distance with thrice the damage or a nid spear at point blank range and do a ton more damage.
Not sure why the damage is literally non-existent on the Q.
Even with the 20% increase - 0.35 * 1.2 = 0.42 (compared to Ziggs, Lux, Swain at 0.65, 0.7 and 0.9)!!!! 0.42 with practically zero base damage!
- The ult. I get that you want to make him more ult reliant, but you have to factor in that for any assassin out there the ults are blinks to target of choice - Zed, Talon, Akali, Katarina whereas with Fizz its virtually impossible to land it on any carry in a team fight. Could I encourage you to make this ult a point at champ like the gap closers for all other assassins at least? Or at the very least award him 20% damage on Chum the waters for landing it.
