remove autofill and revert stormrazor

Hello, I wanted to discuss how badly autofill affects players experience.It affects your gaming experience by giving you a lane you cant play or you dont have champs for,i mean if you arent good at this lane,you are stuck and cant do anything that leave or ask for switch.Anyway it must be a switch bcz some people like it,some not.It shouldnt be like the current state most people hate it.Anyway also stormrazor and infinity edge were good.Infinity edge didnt get revert it god reverted AND nerfed.Its pretty bad in its current state so consider reverting it for REAL now and also bring back the original stormrazor bcz its pretty bad also only kai sa uses it for a reason.With the update it got,zed cant use it,vayne cant use it,a lot of champs cant use it bcz its bad,also nerf ap bcz mages are really strong at this point or at least bring as new stronged mr items
