will Will of the Ancient now work on Teemo's E, R?
With this new patch i believe it should work because it is not technically spell vamp. Can any of u tell me if Will of the Ancients works with teemo's E and/or R.

E does not apply spell effects. It is an on-hit effect so no spellvamp - no
R is considered AOE so you will get the AOE ratio for spellvamp - yes
because his R is a damage over time will teemo gain life for the poison's duration or will it be only for the initial blast?
