no no no I was using that as a derogatory term as an insult, LOL. But really though, ranked is pissing me off. Dont get me wrong I DESERVE to be in bronze cause I am trash but it's not even ABOUT that. It's the fact that lately EVERY SINGLE TEAM I AM ON IS FEEDING AND BEING DUMB WHILE THE OTHER TEAM JUST DOMINATES EVERY SINGLE PERSON like freaking pros. I honestly just think I dont have the mentality to play ranked and keep my sanity cause when I do I just get super pissed off.

Well that sure can be frustrating and I totally get it.

Here's the reality mate: Your teams will always consist exclusively of feeders.

If you can learn to accept this as fact then it means you have now taken the reigns into you own hands and can decide who feeds, how, when, where and why. It won't allow you to win every time or anything, thats just not gonna happen, but if you accept this as fact you can start to take proactive actions to try to prevent your teammates from feeding in the first place.

Be a positive force and a good communicator and leader in the lobby, help your team identify bad situations or good situations in lane and let them know that you think x lane will need help at y point in the game for z reason and make sure your teammates are prepared for that eventuality.

Be the guy on the team who is always watching everyone's backs, be the guy pinging things all game long, where the enemy is, where the jungler could be, where the ward are, where the danger is, where the enemy is likely to attack you from next. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and keeping your teammates apprised of the game situation can sometimes be the difference between life and death.

Be the guy who uses chat to communicate strategy. Get your team on the same page, focused, with one game plan in mind and help them to execute the game plan you have laid out. Even a bad plan is better than no plan at all, and no plan at all tends to lead your team mates to their demise.

Be the guy who saves the team mate who is being dumb. If you see a dude overextending and you've pinged him that his in danger but hes not reacting get your fellow teammates around you and lead a mission to pull him out from behind enemy lines and get everyone back on the same page.

Empower your teammates by making sure they acquire the resources they need in order to be effective. If you can afford to spare a resource or two to make sure your team mate has more income to purchase more items and be more effective then make it happen. Encourage them to take part in the resources you have to share and identify for them ideal times to go and acquire those resources safely.

It can sometimes boil down to how effective you are as a leader for your team as to whether or not your team continues to run around the map like chickens sans the heads. So go ahead and be that effective leader every match, even when you aren't playing your best, be on top of your mental and strategic game and be the guy who does the planning and the thinking for them so they can stay focused on just playing to the best of their abilities.
