when should i build zeke and when banner of comand?

I main supp alistar and untill now ive been tushing zeke but since banner have simmilar stats ive been thinking if there are situations in which i should build banner instead of zeke?

Well in that case I would say the abilities matter more than the stats, and you should choose them on a case to case basis. Banner is a good item for pushing a lane because the active can empower minions, where as Zekes is good for team fighting since once you place it on a team mate, and ult, it creates an ice storm around you and ignites enemies and slows them. Any ally who attacks these enemies gets a power boost as well, and paired with your q you can stop the enemies from attacking and give your allies more time to do that bonus damage. Personally I would say build zekes. What I usually do is put it on an ally just before I go in. Normally people just leave it on their ADC witch is good, if your ADC can stay alive, but that deosnt allways happen lol.
