Can we get an "offline" option added to the client please?

I've been playing LoL for a few seasons now, and I figured that with the addition of the new client recently, we might finally get the option to play in offline mode, much like Steam. I was disappointed that this feature wasn't added, because sometimes I just want to play ranked solo without having the "It's not that I don't want to play with you, but I'd rather play ranked by myself right now" conversation for the millionth time when one of my friends invite me to a normal/ARAM after they see me online.

Note: For those who don't know, the offline feature I'm referencing is a mode you can set your client to where you appear to be offline to your friends, but still have the normal functionality of the client.
