AFK voting

I think Riot needs to implement an option for a team who has an AFK to initiate an action that would end the game immediately with no loss (or win) for either team, just a flat-out reset. I would suggest that in order to stop teams that are getting crushed from abusing this tool that the player being flagged for AFK be temporarily unable to play for a duration of maybe 30 mins to an hour and put in a lower priority queue for 3-5 games. The tool would be available to teams with an AFK and must be used within the first 5-10 minutes of a game. Maybe implement the tool by opening up the scoreboard and having an icon on the players box that would be selected if that player is AFK. then an object similar to the 'Surrender' box for other players on the team to agree (or disagree) that the player is indeed AFK. If it passes, the game immediately ends and all players are put back into queue with no gain or loss of MMR, or LP. This would stop a lot of the problems being faced by players that are loding LP because of constant AFK's (I watched someone do thier provisional matches and literally had 6 games with an AFK in them. 6 out of 10 games is a rediculous number and this needs to stop.
