I find it extremely unfair that just because I dodge, I lose a series game. I was in the middle of banning and my league froze for 2-3 secs for some reason, then went unresponsive and closed. I logged back in to find that one of my series games has been lost... I find that extremely unfair.

Waiting 5 minutes for dodging is alright, but losing LP or a series game is really unfair.

My situation was a little different and unfortunate, but lets say your team doesn't get along or someone doesn't follow the summoner code (goes whatever role they feel like going) and causes your team composition to be out of order. Well, I don't want to waste 30 minutes or more, knowing that I'm most likely going to lose, but I don't want to unnecessarily lose a series game either...

I believe that "punishment" should be taken out completely.

If the punishment was removed, however, it would just turn into people abusing it because they wouldn't recieve a penalty.

its hard for riot to know who closed the client legit or crashed from the spin they give us.....hmmm they should at least tie dodging to the bugsplats if you get one pop up that should really indicate to them your client crashed and you didnt dodge intentionally ... as long as you put it in your bugsplat report seems easy enough to sort out.

But what would be abused? It may be annoying to wait for another queue, but thats about all I can think of.
