Morellonomicon changes on the PBE

Not saying that Riot shouldn't be nerfing the book, but the way they're doing it won't solve the "double nomicon" problem. Increasing the cost by 200g (which puts it 100g higher than prior to preseason) still leaves it at 134% gold efficiency not counting passive. All that needs to be done is to make the 20% CDR unique. I personally don't think the cost needs to be increased beyond what it cost before preseason, but I could easily be wrong about that.

Nerf it enough, and people will just rush athene's instead like they used to do...so I hope Riot doesn't go too far with increasing the cost/reducing stats/etc....and just makes the CDR unique.
