She told me that she wanted her Q to be a skillshot and her W to have a 1 second delay. She also said that she was tired of crapping on 99% of the midlaners and wanted the "rework" to crap on that 1%. In my opinion i do beleive that leblanc needs to be buffed like veigar, because ever since they removed her silence she can't 100-0 someone in .01 seconds, now it's .1 seconds. So plz riot make her wishes come true.
