Nope imo.I think that with these changes she finally becomes balanced.I am an old cassi main that I didn't hate the rework since her mid and late are amazing even now in live, but her early atm is just plain bad.I get she has to be weak in early but not to the point that you have to play passively even if you outplay your enemy hard.I played only 2 games in pbe and she is just as strong as she should be.You can deal decent damage now even in early but you have to take huge risk for it,.
