Dynamic Q consequences

Hello ! I'm just here to say that i have a friend who was stuck silver 4 since season 5 and early 6 and now he is gold 2 because he only plays with 4 friends in ranked. He didn't change his playstyle or anything, he is just boosted by some friends. So when he will stop playing with them he will just simply ruin golds 2 games because he doesn't have the skillset or simply the level to be in theses games.

Do you really think that dynamic queue is a good solution ?
