help me with my runes/builds

So I'm an P.O.S. unranked scrublord trying to work on my runes and builds for certain champions, right now I want to go full lethality reds and quints for a jhin build where I go for all three lethality items, boots, phantom dancer, and bloodthirster (maybe an infinity edge somewhere in there) but I'm using the same rune page for many of my champions, this includes illaoi, rengar, and rek'sai, from what I understand about lethality it's not a big help in early game and I think this hurts me when I'm jungling, I'm worried I might not be doing enough damage to my early clears, and on rengar I usually only get youmuu's as a lethality item anyway, as far as rek'sai and illaoi go? no idea really... should I go back to full AD reds and quints on my runes or can anyone help me decide what else I could do involving lethality, should I wait til I can afford a new rune page to set aside?

I wouldn't recommend building full Lethality on Jhin. Generally, his Lethality build is along the lines of: item 3158 item 3142 item 3814 item 3094 item 3031 item 3036 (Order varying after Edge of Knight).

Rather than taking full Lethality, Attack Damage Quints and Lethality Marks are fairly standard (for trading/last-hitting early).

IIRC, Rengar and Kha'zix take Attack Damage Quints and Marks in runes. Their items provide enough armor penetration/reduction, so they just want to strengthen their early-game clear and dueling potential.
